Process overview – from arrival at the airport to final delivery
Upon arrival at the airport, we take over your goods from the airport operator. The goods are then transported to our authorized warehouse in Maglód by our contracted partner within the framework of a goods forwarding procedure. After the goods are received, the customs clearance process begins, including the submission of customs declarations. Once all required documents are in place, the goods can be cleared through customs and released into free circulation using the IOSS system within a few hours, except for items subject to customs inspection by the customs authority.

Our authorized warehouse in Maglód is located close to the airport, allowing us to take advantage of logistical benefits while avoiding the congestion and high costs associated with the airport. The warehouse spans 8,000 m², offering high-rack, block storage, and shelf-based systems for goods storage. In addition, we provide opportunities for X-docking of sea, air, and rail shipments, along with real-time inventory management (using FIFO, FEFO, and QR code-based systems) for our clients. - IOSS system support
The IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system enables businesses to submit VAT declarations for all relevant member states through a single portal. The IOSS system is particularly useful for low-value goods (under EUR 150) arriving from third countries, as it simplifies the handling of import VAT and ensures duty-free importation.
